The administrator of the data is NKS Group Sp z o. o. in Bydgoszcz, at 246 Fordońska Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number KRS: 0000703429, NIP: 5542957234 , REGON: 368718146, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secure servers.

  2. Before using the pages of the Website or registering, the User should read this Privacy Policy.

  3. The Privacy Policy was prepared and made available on the Website on 5 January 2024.

Scope, purposes and legal basis of data processing

User data is processed in particular for the following purposes:

  1. To the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, shaping of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof and proper performance of the Services provided electronically, in particular it concerns the establishment and management of an account in order to gain access to the services offered. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO - necessity for the performance of a contract to which the User is a party. Processing period: until the expiry of the contract in question. The data may also be processed after the expiry of that contract, but only if this is permitted or required by applicable law, e.g. processing for statistical purposes, billing purposes or to assert claims.

  2. To the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by the User if he/she/they has agreed to receive the newsletter. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) - voluntary consent. Processing period: until consent is withdrawn.

  3. To the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by the User if he/she/they has expressed a wish to be contacted using the contact form. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) - voluntary consent. Processing period: until consent is withdrawn.

  4. For statistical purposes - analysis and profiling of data for the marketing of the Service Provider's services and products. Legal basis: article 6(1)(f) RODO - legitimate interest of the Service Provider. Processing period: until an effective objection is raised.

Policy on "cookies" and other mechanisms for automatically storing data on your terminal equipment or transmitted by you
  1. The pages of the Website use cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognises the type of device from which the user is connecting.     Additional personal data, such as e-mail addresses, is only collected where the user has expressly consented to this by completing the form. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform the respective function.

    The User may also change the settings for cookies independently and at any time, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing cookies on the User's device. The Change of settings can be done through the settings available in the web browser. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies or inform about each time cookies are placed on the User's device. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using cookies is available in the settings of your web browser. The User may, at any time, delete cookies using the available functions in the Internet browser they are currently using. However, the User must take into account that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

Processing of data of minors 
  1. The content offered on the Website is directed exclusively to persons 18 years of age or older. 

  2. When using the pages of the Website, the user is informed that the content on the pages of the Website is addressed solely to adults, and in order to use the pages of the Website he/she/they confirms that he/she/they is an adult. Accordingly, the Website does not knowingly process the personal data of children.

Your personal data may be shared with the service providers we use to operate the Website in order to prepare relevant offers, customise advertising material or present personalised products and services. Data about your activity on our websites may also be shared with our marketing partners. Therefore, when you visit other websites, you may see advertisements displayed to you based on your activity on the Website. This type of activity also allows our partners to display advertisements to you based on your interactions with sites not affiliated with our sites.

In the event that the User makes a request relating to the exercise of the aforementioned rights, the Service Provider's shall respond to that request without delay, but no later than within one month of receipt. However, if - for example due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests - the Service Provider's is unable to comply with the User's request within one month, it shall comply within a further two months, and the User shall be informed in advance of any extension of the deadline.
  4. In the event of violations in the processing of personal data, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). 
Data retention period

The User's personal data shall be stored for no longer than is necessary for the performance of the contract, preparation of a personalised offer, response to an enquiry, etc. and, in the case of a newsletter, until the User withdraws his/her consent.

We would like to assure all users that we make every effort to ensure that personal data is secure and processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. 

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notifying users. Changes made to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page. Introduced changes shall enter into force on the date of publication of the Privacy Policy.

The Administrator does not cooperate intentionally with any other external services and the Website does not place or use any external cookies.
